Primetable provides a platform to discover and access availability at premium restaurants in London. Our "Private Key" membership grants access to real-time availability alerts and booking assistance for exclusive dining venues.
Private Key membership is billed monthly at £19.99. You may cancel at any time, and your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We offer a 24-hour free trial for new members. Refunds may be issued at our discretion.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Misuse of the Service, including attempts to circumvent limitations or abuse restaurant booking systems, may result in account termination.
Primetable provides availability information on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee reservation availability or acceptance by restaurants. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Availability shown is sourced from publicly available booking pages. All reservations are completed directly with the restaurant via its booking partner.
