Frequently asked questions

Membership, payment and access at Primetable — clearly explained.

What do I get with a Primetable membership?

Membership gives you access to Primetable’s availability list for a curated set of London’s best restaurants, plus daily or mid-week digests of prime-time openings at your saved venues. You book directly with each restaurant, with no booking fees added by Primetable.

How much does Primetable cost?

Primetable membership is £14.99 per month, or £9.99 per month when you pay annually (£119.88 billed yearly), saving around 33%. Every membership starts with a 7-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime before the trial ends without being charged.

Will I be charged during the free trial?

No. Your first 7 days are free. We only charge your membership fee after the trial ends, and we’ll remind you two days beforehand. If you cancel during the trial you won’t be charged at all, so you can try Primetable risk-free.

Can I cancel my Primetable membership anytime?

Yes. You can cancel at any time in your account settings, with no cancellation fees and no questions asked. Cancel during your free trial and you’re never charged; cancel later and your membership simply runs to the end of the paid period.

Does a Primetable subscription guarantee restaurant bookings?

No. A subscription does not guarantee tables. Availability at London’s most in-demand restaurants changes quickly and restaurants control their own inventory. Membership gives you a faster way to discover premium last-minute availability, but you still complete each reservation through the restaurant or its booking provider.

Why should I pay for Primetable instead of checking restaurants myself?

Tracking cancellations across dozens of hard-to-book London restaurants is slow and easy to miss. Primetable does that monitoring for you, curating premium venues and prime-time slots into one list and digest. Members pay to save time and catch desirable openings they would otherwise never see.

Is there a limit on how many members Primetable accepts?

Yes. Primetable membership is capped at 2,000 members so availability stays genuinely useful and isn’t spread too thin. When the cap is reached, new sign-ups join a waiting list until a place opens up.
